Frequently asked questions

How does shipping work?

Shipping is a one-time fee charged on the first invoice: free to Spain and €15 to the rest of the EU and UK. The monthly bundle fee starts when you receive and activate the SIMs.

What happens if I cancel?

The SIM is deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle (no prorated refund). You keep the physical card, but it stops working on the network. Reactivating is as simple as resubscribing.

Can I have several SIMs on one subscription?

Yes. Pick the quantity at checkout and all SIMs go on the same plan and the same monthly invoice. One subscription, one cancel button.

Can I mix tiers (some SIMs on Pro, others on Business)?

A subscription is a single tier. If you need to mix (e.g. 5 SIMs on Pro + 2 on Business) create two subscriptions from the same account.

Can I change tiers without cancelling?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the portal. The change applies on the next billing cycle; no extra fee.

What happens if I exceed the bundle data?

We notify you before you run out and suggest the next tier. The natural way to handle growing consumption is to bump up; if you need something more custom, let's talk.

What if I want to share data across SIMs?

These bundles are per-SIM. If you need a common pool shared across all SIMs, see /planes/datos-compartidos.
